I am a leadership and mindset coach specializing in executive presence, performance, and the kind of self-awareness that changes careers, not just behaviors.
My path to coaching wasn't a straight line. Years in project and program management gave me a front-row seat to how leaders succeed, plateau, derail, and occasionally transform. That experience, combined with rigorous training in validated assessment tools and presence-based coaching, shapes a practice that is both deeply analytical and profoundly human.
I hold an MBA and a coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation (ACC). I am certified in the Hogan Leadership Series, Everything DiSC®, and The Five Behaviors®, and Hogan 360, bringing a comprehensive multi-rater feedback capability to my work with leaders and organizations.
Most coaching starts with goals. I start with truth.
Before setting any agenda, I work to surface what's actually driving your current patterns. I use validated diagnostics, direct inquiry, and the kind of candid observation that most people in your life aren't positioned to offer. The debrief process is extensive by design because data without context is just noise.
From there, sessions integrate presence-based work, cognitive mindset tools, and somatic awareness to create shifts that go beyond insight. My clients don't just understand themselves better. They show up differently.
Engagements are typically six months. That's intentional. Meaningful leadership change doesn't happen in a workshop or a single breakthrough session. It compounds, session by session, insight by insight, until a new way of leading becomes the default.

My work draws on a range of evidence-based and experiential methods, including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Time Line Therapy, mindset reframing, and somatic grounding practices. These are used contextually, not as a fixed protocol, but as the right tool for what the moment calls for.
