Leadership development often stops at the framework. You learn your style, review your results, and move on. Knowing your DiSC profile is not the same as knowing how to lead when the pressure is real.

True North Circle goes further. It combines a personalized Everything DiSC® Agile EQ® assessment with live, ongoing coaching in a small circle of leaders who understand the weight of the role you carry. This is not a course. It is a room where real leadership work happens, session after session.

How It Works

Getting Started

Every member begins with the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ® assessment, followed by a private one-on-one debrief. This is where you and I will walk through your results together, connect them to what is actually happening in your leadership right now, and set an intention for your time in the circle. Enrollment is ongoing, so you begin as soon as you join, not on a fixed calendar date.

Monthly Rhythm

Three live sessions each month, 90 minutes each, held on Zoom. Every session opens with a brief grounding, a few quiet minutes to settle in and shift from arrival into presence. A short check-in round follows, so every voice is heard early. Then the session moves into live hot-seat coaching: one member works through a real, current challenge, while the rest of the circle stays present as witnesses, not advisors. Each session closes with a short reflection.

Rotation through the hot seat is tracked so every member knows when their turn is coming. When something genuinely pressing comes up, the rotation can flex to make room.

Between Sessions

A companion workbook, built around each month's focus, gives members prompts to work through on their own. A private community space in Skool keeps the circle connected between calls, with optional prompts members can respond to if they choose. Growth does not pause between sessions.

Group Size

Kept deliberately small, so there is real room for every voice and enough trust for real work to happen.
